I feel a deep sense of fulfillment when the small parts I designed are finally assembled into a large machine and I can actually see it in operation. It is especially moving to think that the machine is no longer just a drawing, but out in the world and being used by customers in their daily work. I was particularly proud when I visited Hokkaido for a new product survey and heard directly from farmers that it was easy to use.

I feel very rewarded when I can close a deal for a box product, such as a back-mounted jet engine or brushcutter, or a high-performance product, such as a high clearing boom or stereo sprayer, which are used for pest control on huge areas of land, as it gives me confidence in myself.
