Chronology

•1895		Established as Maruyama Shokai ,Takada-machi(present-day Joetsu City in NiigataPrefecture.Production and sale of fire extinguishers commence.
•1933		Horizontal triple-cylinder power sprayers perfected.
•1895		Forcibly activated flat valve system sprayer developed.
•1967 •1977		Industrial pump developed. Maruyama Mfg.Co.,Inc.promoted to the 1st Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
•1986		2-cycle engine commences internal production.
•1994		ISO9001 certificate granted for sprayer and high pressure pump.
•1995		Celebrated the centennial anniversary of the foundation.
•1996		ISO9001 certificate granted for self propelled orchard sprayer and field sprayer.
•1997		Inage factory was relocated and unified to Togane factory and was changed to Chiba factory (April).
•2000		New environment conscious 2 cycle engine was developed. and passed California emission control (CARB)
•2001		ISO14001 certificate granted for Chiba factory
•2003		Customer Serivice Center was established
•2004		The environmental fire extinguisher released (Fire-extinguishing agent recycling) Environmental conscious Orchard Sprayer（ passenger use) was developed.
